Rachel Grant is an artist and illustrator based in North Staffordshire in the UK; an area known as ‘The Potteries’ due to its strong ceramics heritage.
Her hand painted, textural artwork is often inspired by slow, simple living. She is interested in home comforts, quiet moments and the natural world, especially the changing seasons and our connection to them.
Rachel is an introvert, a deep thinker and a hermit at heart. She enjoys creating artwork for meaningful products, whether that be a heartfelt greeting, a soulful book or a favourite pair of pyjamas, she believes in the power of ‘glimmers’ and the role that art can play in creating them.
Rachel’s clients include Anthropologie, Taproot Magazine, Running Press, Garnet Hill, Octopus Books, Cottage Door Press, Pleasing, Simple Things Magazine, Critically Endangered, Peter Pauper Press, Timeless Treasures Fabrics and many, many more.
